Terms and Conditions of Membership of U3A Dénia

By completing a Member Application Form and paying the annual subscription for membership of U3A Dénia, you are agreeing to comply with all the Terms and Conditions of membership described in the Constitution (a copy of which is available from the Secretary).  You are no longer in full time employment and you or your partner are over 50 years of age. In addition, the following conditions apply:

• You fully understand that you participate in any activity at your own risk.
• You agree to the personal information you provide being held on a computer database.
• You understand that references to commercial businesses and services in any U3A Dénia literature or any other form (e.g. the Members' Discount Scheme) should NOT be construed as a recommendation of the company by U3A Dénia.  Any transaction entered into between a member and a company is entirely between those two parties.
